I got in a car accident some years back. The person that hit me offered a small amount of cash, but my arm was not the same, and I feared it never would be. I went to the hospital, and my doctor's MRI showed my shoulder was fairly well damaged. I didn't know where to go. I feel not only lucky but blessed to have come to Mr. Reza. He not only walked me through every step of the process, but he also took the time to help me understand every moment along the way. He was personable, empathetic, clear, and bold. Most of all, during all this, in my time of need, he was a friend. My experience with Mr. Reza couldn't have been better. I put my faith and trust into his hands, and he brought us through the mess together. Ultimately, the settlement was more than fair, and I walked away very happily.

This is the worst possible firm ever! My husband was in a life changing car accident and is now disabled. To add on to our stress, the case manager Gloria can't even give us a call back to let us know where are case is at!!!! But when she heard that our insurance was going to send them our settlement check then the communication was back and forth! Now that they have received our check their is ZERO communication! We are seriously thinking of filing a report/grievance with the state bar!!! This is very unethical and unprofessional of this firm!!! I have left many messages and no call back and haven’t heard from them in months. All we keep getting is the runaround and to leave a voicemail and "she's not available at this time"! Then when will someone be available!!!!Save yourself the headache and listen to all these negative reviews and actually go with a firm that cares about their customers and helping them out! If I could give them a zero I would!!!!
