It has been my pleasure working with Maria. She has made herself available beyond normal business hours and days. I have never felt lost or confused about what to expect, or what to do next after communicating with her. Her friendly reminders of all of my many appt's. were very much appreciated as I'm a senior citizen and sometimes forgets a few things! She has keep me in the loop and knowing what to expect throughout the whole process. Additionally, he has been very professional and made me feel that she cared and that any question I had was valid and has taken the time to make sure I understood all the medical and legal terms and process. my experience finding a case manager was fast and straightforward I really like that about them definitely recommend for sure.

The accident that lead me to Jacoby & Meyers has really effected me. You always hear about from others and feom the media in advertisements but you never think it could be that bad. My life has been turned upside down and put on hold because of the accident. Ive been in limbo ever since it happened. Vanessa Reyes was not only thorough in handling my case but she was human. Which in todays world is all to rare. She made me feel like I wasnt just a client....a number; but a person.
