I had to retain the criminal defense attorneys at the Law Offices of David Chesley to try and help me to get my case thrown out in criminal court. I don't think you could find a better legal counsel and advisor concerning criminal law. David is also a wonderful person. He helped me and my family through a very difficult time dealing with the city of Ontario police over here. He was kind and knowledgeable about our situation. They got the job done.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness I highly recommend this law firm due to their responsive and professional service. Although I was nervous in the beginning because everything was done via email and phone, but they were there in every step of the way from submitting the petition to my discharge. Raj helped me along the way but I did had another lawyer during my hearing. Nevertheless, definitely recommend this law firm for anyone who need to declare bankruptcy.

I spoke with a representative. He made me feel good while we were talking on the phone. I advised him of my injuries and constant pain and the person who had hit me had DUI charge. He told me with confidence I had a case by information given. He asked me to send pictures of my vehicle. We ended call. Once he received pics. He immediately called me back telling me they CAN'T represent me due to the level of damages on MY vehicle. I asked him what does the damages has to do with my injuries/pain. He assured me my damages to my vehicle is not enough for a case. I politely ended called. Called another law firm. They advised me I have a very good case. Additional information my injuries were at a very high level. I will be compensate for everything. I was very disappointed with Jacoby and Meyers. There advertisement is false. 😥👎. They only take cases they would profit from. Guess my case wasn't big enough. Thanks guys for nothing. False advertising. YOU ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE. STOP ADVERTISING FALSE. WHY HAVE A LAW FIRM AND BE PICKY AT THE SAME TIME.. SMHu

They were there every step of the way, and if I had any questions Raj and his team was present. Raj is an expert, professional, attentive and knowledgeable. Raj and his team kept me informed throughout the process during the bankruptcy. Everything had worked out for the good and didn’t take long really quick I must say. My petition was filed, then a hearing during the pandemic and 3 1/2 months later my bankruptcy was discharged.
