Do NOT use this attorney. Not only will he ghost your emails and phone call he will not show up to court. He will also admit to motions behind your back that could jeopardize your case. Essentially you lose the case because he was too lazy to fight it. I had to threaten him many times just to show up to court. He missed 3 of my hearings and was fined multiple times. The case was practically lost until I finally had to get another lawyer after a 2 year nightmare with his representation. You are better off hiring a Lincoln Lawyer than this disgrace of a counsel.

I hired Mr. Shah in January of 2011 to represent me in a dispute with my former landlord regarding the refund of a substantial security deposit. The former landlord was very difficult to work with, and refused my efforts to reach a reasonable resolution.
