I cannot recommend highly enough the law firm of Wadhwani & Shanfeld. I am 67 years old and this was the smoothest and best experience I have ever had with and attorney. Usually to have to be on top of everything to make sure it's being done correctly, but I never had to correct any thing they did.They crossed all their T's and dotted all their i's. Raj Wadhwani was so efficient, there was not one thing that had to be corrected and everything went exactly and as smoothly as he said it would. This guy really knows his stuff. He is a great employment lawyer and i have used him for several employment related issues and will continue into the future. He really understands California employment law and i would not do anything without first seeking his advice.

Took him along time to settle my case. He stated that if we don't like the results, we can arbitrate it. The settlement was pathetic. Would not arbitrate, but suggested I take it to small claims. I could have received a better settlement on my own! Hiring him was a mistake. In my opinion, he may be great for other types of cases, but for auto accident, BEWARE......... NO Thanks.
