I loved working with Montgomery Steele ! I called them a couple days after my accident and they took care of it all like Dr appointments even checking in with me on how was I doing or feeling after and before each treatment ! It was a pleasure and I’m happy I Chose them to represent and take care of me when I felt lost not knowing what to do . Kristen was extremely helpful and never left any of my questions unanswered . I called Montgomery & Steele on January 9th 2020 because of a carr accident I was in on that same day. I spoke with Kristen Marquez who was so professional and really helped me . She had me at a dr office the following day. She took care of everything. I felt no stress because she literally take care of me. I would recommend this office to anyone needing an accident attorney.

This is my second time working with Montgomery Steele Law, The first time I was a pedestrian walking home and a car hit me. I had never been in an accident before and I was extremely worried about how to get all the information from one place to another. They took care of everything, I kept calling asking for updates and things and not once were they showing frustration for my continued need for more information. They sent emails and text messages and were prompt with information once I would ask for some. This second time I was in a car getting ready to go home and the same thing they took care of everything! My insurance ended up not paying for something and they told me, after I kept getting the run around with a walk in clinic, not to worry they had already taken care of it. Which was a huge relief! The day after I got hit when I was walking home I was scared and found them online and I am happy I did! I recommend this company! They even sent me a Christmas present! Every little thing shows how much someone cares, and If they can remember to send Christmas cards to ONE person of many that they have to help shows how genuinely caring and precise a company has to be to stay on top of things!

Thank you Montgomery and Steele. Usually cases like mine take a long time to resolve, you all were prompt and got it done in under a year. You kept me posted and I was never left guessing about the status of my case. You did a great job, I'm most definitely satisfied with the outcome achieved by your firm/team! Montgomerey Steele Law, was super excellent in regards to my case. Both Montgomerey and Steele, were very professional and welcoming during my visit to the office even though Mr. Montgomerey, was the one handling my case. Mr. Montgomerey, explained everything to me exceptionally well, when it came to weighing out my options. I never once has the impression of him being a money hungry lawyer like several others. I didn’t even feel rushed to make decisions. Overall on a scale of 1-10, this firm gets a 12 from me. I received a lot more than originally expected. I can’t leave a review and not mention Kristin, hard to describe in words just how awesome she is. As the assistant to Mr. Montgomerey, she held it down. Kristin, kept me informed weekly, and always returned my calls, if she didn’t have the answer to a question, she would find out and call me back. I really appreciated her throughout this time. In the midst of COVID while quarantining the communication didn’t stop. Although I could no longer go to the office to sign paperwork Kristin, made sure I received everything via email or fax. I’m so glad I chose this firm, if need be, I will definitely be using them again.
