Leo was recommended by a friend after a car accident. He helped both me & my fiancé. He got back to to us right away and was so easy to talk to. He was super nice & knowledgeable. He fought hard for my case & got the most money I could get for it. My neck & car were taken care of immediately. Mr. Herrera was the first person I thought to call when our office needed legal advice. He quickly responded to my inquiry via phone call and asked me to send him some information. Shortly after he responded and really helped me understand how to proceed with our situation. I would absolutely recommend him to my family and friends! He is professional, easy to communicate with (he also speaks Spanish), and truly helpful.

I initially hired another law firm to represent me in a case. That law firm eventually decided to drop my case when the case got difficult. I was referred to Leo Herrera and was told he handles these difficult cases that other attorneys won't take. I went to his office in downtown. he gave me a free consultation. he explained the whole litigation and trial process to me. he gave my case the time and attention it deserved. I was very pleased with his work. I would highly recommend Leo to anybody. he's a fighter and real trial lawyer.

After my automobile accident in mid september of 2018, i didn’t have an attorney to represent me, luckily, Leo who has good networking skills and a highly recommended law office offered to help me out with legal advice and recommendations towards my case.. as a full time student, i appiriciate the help leo has offered me because not only i’m back on my feet, but i was well accommodated. Leo is easy to talk to and totally understandable about any situation, especially when being a full time student who was in a fatal car accident, he worked with my school schedule.. any concerns or legal questions i had, i would receive an imidiate response wether it’s through email, text, or call. throughout my whole case, leo was very informative, giving me the rundown on the the steps and what kind of precautions i should be taking when going through physical treatment. leo taught me about patients and awareness when going through traffic. as a person who is bilingual, i am lucky to be recommended to an atterny who is bilingual, just incase i don’t know how to pronounce and word, leo finds a way to help me out in another launguage.. with that said, i highly recommended leo as an attoerny.

I was involved in a very bad fall and was severely injured, Leo Herrera was recommended by a friend. I got into a minor auto accident and didn't know what to do; I had never been in an accident before. My friend referred me to Herrera Law and I'm so glad they did. Leo Herrera is the attorney and I really liked how he handled my case. It was a phone call first to let him know what happened and then I met at his office in DTLA, which is pretty convenient for me because I was able to take public transportation to get their to avoid all the LA traffic and parking (I did notice nearby parking lots and there was parking available in the building itself I think). He even met with me after office hours, meaning past 5pm, which is one of the most accommodating things I could ask for because practically everyone works 9am-5pm, including me. I told him that I had been rear-ended on the freeway but luckily wasn't so bad. I had some whiplash and a dent in my bumper. I honestly didn't know what the procedure was for dealing with my insurance and the other person's insurance so I was really glad to have someone to guide me through it. Leo gave me a few options for chiropractors that were open late and conveniently located near my work. He also sent me to a good body shop, which is a relief because I don't know a single thing about body shops. I was worried about having to deal with body shops on my own because they'd probably take advantage of the fact that I don't know anything and overcharge me so I'm glad to have gone to one that Leo trusted. My case did take about 6 months before there was actually a pay out but it was really nice that I could reach out to Leo for a status update and he was always prompt. I also liked the way he communicated to me; he didn't really use a bunch of legal jargon and gave it to me straight: told me how things usually go, asked me what I wanted, what he thinks he can get for me, what kind of issues I would run into in a case like mine and how each insurance company usually is with claims like mine. He's very professional but down to earth at the same time. He called me after every offer he was able to get me and gave me an idea of whether or not I should take it and if he thought he could get more for me. He definitely got me more than what I would have settled for on my own and for that I'm extremely thankful and happy with the results. Definitely recommend Leo for anyone who's gotten into an accident and isn't sure what to do or doesn't want to do it alone. It's really a relief to have someone who knows what they're doing on your side.

My mother was involved in a vehicle accident where the other driver was at fault. Mr. Herrera was able to aggressively negotiate a great settlement for my mother. Mr. Herrera was great about returning calls and keeping my mother informed. Mr. Herrera was able to communicate with my mother in Spanish and put her at ease. We would highly recommend Herrera Law PC to friends and family.

I worked with Leo as a law clerk while I was waiting for my Bar results. During my time working with Leo he taught me a lot about personal injury. I have worked in different law offices, both big and small, and Leo stands out because of his knowledge and genuine concern for his clients. If you retain Leo as your attorney you can rest assured that he is working diligently on your case and will do everything he can to get you the best possible outcome.

I strongly recommend seeking another attorney. Mrr. Cottell made offers to the defendant without my knowledge, accepted money from the defendant in the form of a check without my consent, and that he was not contracted to receive. He is not honest, and only continued my case and withdrew and changed motions to benefit defendant for over a year, then withdrew as my attorney! I have not been able to get my file from him to this day. After he withdrew as my attorney, he contacted opposing counsel regarding defendant to continue to pay him. Clearly did not have my best interests but his own.
