Everything with Alex and his staff was very clear and straightforward. They really do care about their clients and compared to other lawyers I was looking for with my worker's comp case, others were just uninterested and I just seemed like another case to them. Alex explained everything and was ready for any question and knew of other possible scenarios that helped with decision making for my case. I've known or heard of other horror stories being screwed with other lawyers. That won't happen with Napolin. They managed to get me connected with an amazing doctor and got a favorable settlement with my case. The only sort of negative thing that I experienced was a few times, and I mean only a few, where there weren't timely callbacks from the paralegals. I found that emailing was definitely a better way to get a hold of them and a quicker response. However anytime there was a delay, they caught me up in a very detailed manner and handled everything in the best way. Definitely would recommend these guys!

They were one of the highest rated firms when I looked up accident lawyers online and they definitely lived up to their reputation. I contacted Mr. Napolin after my car accident and really glad I did, the firm was super friendly from the get go and the service was nothing less than exceptional. Explained everything thoroughly/clearly and definitely kept me updated every step of the way through all steps of the process so i never felt out of the loop on what was going on with my case. If i ever had a question, i would always be able to give them a call and i'd always have an answer same day. Since my neck was injured due to the accident, they referred me to a local chiropractor that worked with my schedule that helped me with the pain i had gotten from the accident. Case finally closed and I am really happy with the results. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is searching for an accident lawyer, 10/10 recommend!
