Scott Rubel took over for the original atty. During the first and only court case I was not allowed to be present. Since the change of atty, his office staff, Debbie has not been responding to my emails or messages I leave for a call back. The WC Ins in question has violated court order and the atty has not tried to work with me to have the Ins company abide by the court order. So in the meantime, I have no quality of life, I live in pain 24/7 and it just appears my pain and suffering mean nothing. In search of an atty that is caring and willing to fight for a clients/patients rights

I hired Scott more than 3 years ago. Scott handled my Workers Compensation matter. I have found, that once awarded lifetime medical doesn't really mean a thing! So when searching for an attorney in the unfortunate case you may ever need one! Asking for lifetime medical doesn't always mean you will be comfortably taken care of,and settling with a pay out will "never" be worth the pain you might endure through your lifetime. What I am finding out is that a "Good Attorney" who takes your case and settles your case,should remain just as loyal to that client as the day that client "Chose" them! I believe your attorney should treat you with the same respect and the same compassion he treated you with in the days,weeks,months and years your case may be open.
