Mi tío fue acusado de actos lascivos (PC 288) hacia mi sobrina y fue devastador. Realmente sentí que mi familia estaba siendo destrozada. Very upset and unsatisfied with Shelly and her assistant's services. Shelly gave me horrible legal advice and I paid her to basically have nothing benefit me or my children. She came highly recommended to by one of my best friends. I am kicking myself every day for hiring her. I wish I would have had an attorney appointed to me. If you are a single mom going through divorce and child custody and want to do what is best for your family. Let the courts appoint an attorney to you.
