Jason Burris has helped me and my business for years from tenant/landlord consulting to contract work to alternative dispute resolution. Jason is a master communicator in every sense from counsel to conflict resolution. I cannot more highly recommend Jason - in fact I refer my own clients and friends his way for their large-scale decision planning from trusts to real estate and large transactional agreements in between.

In my dealings with him he has demonstrated: • A thorough, and in-depth knowledge of his legal specialties, while exhibiting exceptional ability to convincingly articulate his points in both a legal and casual setting. • A very methodical approach in his research and discovery work. This trait affords him the ability to convince, as opposed to coerce, to get results. • Very good working with clients. His ability to determine the problem quickly and produce high quality products (ie, communications, legal remedies, and settlements) is a great asset. At least, it proved to be so in my case. Jason has a unique ability to listen and quickly determine the client's needs. He is able to propose not only equitable legal remedies, but long-term solutions to remedy the undermining problems. He is a very open and personable, which made it easy for me to work with him. He always seemed mindful of the clients need and wishes. I worked with Jason in a case dealing with a rogue HOA board. My case was to reign in their tendency to overreach their authority. Working with Jason..he quickly dug into all the files, emails and other information relating to and tangentially related to the case (to give context to the information) . When it was time for action, he surprised me as to how well prepared he was. Although we did not exactly agree as to the best course of action, (I was more “go for the jugular” and he was a bit more “negotiate to mutual interest”) we quickly came together with a solid plan A and plan B (backup plan) to solve the problem. I believe he is a solid attorney. He has demonstrated a level of professionalism that I have not seen in many attorneys.
