Kurt is great!! I was having some issues and had no idea how to handle them the correct way so decided to make a call. I got a call back almost right away and Kurt spent a good amount of time hearing me out, giving me feedback and informing me on the correct way to approach this situation. Even though I only needed Kurt for a phone call and some advice, I got everything I needed, free of charge and will indefinitely use his services in the future if needed.

I highly recommend Mr. Elkins because he truly knows a lot about real estate law. Sometimes when one experiences conflict with the other party it can be difficult to know how to protect oneself especially if we do not know all the laws of real estate. However, when you come across the right lawyer who has their best interest at heart for the client, it can definitely alleviate a lot of the stress and confusion one is encountering mentally at that moment. Mr. Elkins definitely exemplifies this, and knows how to mediate a conflict to suit the interests of both parties involved, he knows how to explain and breakdown real estate contracts, and also references which laws one is protected by depending on the circumstance. I recently sought out initial consultations with multiple 5-star rated attorneys, based on Google and Yelp reviews, and none of them spoke directly with me.
