Wow! What a great experience with an amazing attorney. Unlike others, Kurt took time out of his busy day to take my unscheduled call. He was extremely knowledgeable in R/E law. Kurt answered all my questions clear and concise while explaining next steps and risk. Kurt is very personable and makes you feel comfortable. If you read one sentence in my review: THIS IS “THE” MAN FOR THE JOB! I’m a mortgage broker and real estate agent, I have rubbed elbows with, worked with, worked against, talked to, reached out to, countless Real Estate Attorneys. I was referred to Kurt for multiple things I needed addressed/questions I had and some work I expected I would have to pay for. If you work with Attorneys, you know that 99/100 DO NOT answer the phone when you call. It usually takes a voicemail or three, maybe four emails, and a few days of phone tag with their assistant, and then you hear back three weeks later. This was not the case with Kurt. He answered before the phone could even ring twice around 6pm. I introduced myself, told him what services I needed, and he ended up providing all of the information I needed for free. We spoke for quite a while and he showed how unequivocally caring he is. I used to work in counseling prior to real estate. I can read people really well. Kurt is a beacon of light in a highly frustrating field. Kurt obviously loves helping others and loves his job. He is a veteran, and coming from the position of being a former mental health counselor in my prior career, I can attest that his empathy is off the charts. I have since recommended his services via email to 550+ loan officers, real estate agents, and brokers that are in my work network after our first call. His character is unmatched and I will be solely using him for any and all real estate attorney needs I have going forward.
