Mr. Elkins is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I currently have a Real Estate issue and Mr. Elkins was able to assist me with handling my matter. He took the time to speak to me, each time I contacted him and when I met him he was very helpful. I would highly recommend contacting Mr. Elkins if you have a Real Estate matter. I will only be hiring Mr. Elkins for my real estate matters.

Thank you kurt!!. Oh and just so anyone who's curious, 8f your neighbor starts a eviction petition and goes around haging neighbors sign it, or forges their name lol it means didly squat. Also if you're just minding your own and show no aggression towards anyone, than anyone can't legally be granted a RO. Oh and I'd you plan on suing someone for harassment be certain you document all happenings and report them to police as soon as they happen so there's abundant documentation on their end as well and log witnesses or set up cameras. That is where I failed on my part to do thinking if I just stayed the bigger person she'd stop her malicious behavior. Don't be like me. Call kurt pls before it gets out of hand that way it won't result with you trying to be being tossed from your home of over 2 years like me.
