The team at Gale and Vallance have been a great asset in developing our business structure, Transitions2Practice, an entity that assists post doctoral/certified graduate students with establishing their own practice after graduation. This is the second corporation that they have started for us and as with the first, all questions were answered and all documents were provided and checked for accuracy. The whole legal team is definitely on their "A" game and were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. We would definitely recommend this organization.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner starting her own business and knowing very minimal details regarding how to legally start my own corporation , the Law Offices of Gale & Vallance took it out of my hands and built one of the pillars I needed to finally start what I have been dreaming and working towards. From the initial call, with Katrina and Ana, to the consultation with Atty Andy to the relentless, comprehensive follow-up emails by Ms. Naomi. I couldnt of been more impressed by the collective dedication and professionalism that was exhibited by this team! I also want to extend my deepest gratitude to the behind-the-scenes persons whom worked on making this happen in ample time!!! Through the process, I never felt intimidated, pressured or, " out of the loop." The constant communication via email or phone had me feeling, " important," as a client. When to/ what to expect certain state documents was all laid out for me. All I had to do was my part, " noted," and " remember!!" As my corporation documents were finalized I was sent the most comprehensive package ( documents/forms) that I needed for banking, accounting, etc. purposes. Even my banker said, " Wow!! If I could have all my business clients produce these documents I would be so happy." So even my banker was impressed by them!!!
