Highly recommend!! If I could give 6 stars I would. After my initial phone call with Andrew G, I knew I had found the right firm. I was impressed by Andrew's expertise and also his empathy in understanding how starting a corporation can be overwhelming. Throughout the process, Andrew & his team were incredible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My wife, two partners, and I hired Andy and his team to help us set up the proper corporation for a business we were purchasing. From the very first call with Michelle the receptionist to the final document package being delivered, the entire team was amazing. We had a LOT of questions but Andy provided us with great advice and was always quick to reply. He'd pick up the phone and call if we had any questions and even was there for on off-hours and weekends. Jillian, Lois and the whole team were fantastic. Customer Service was clearly a focus and I couldn't be happier with their service.

I own a private therapy practice here in Orange County, and I hired the Law Office of Gale & Vallance (Incorporation Attorney) to help me set up my LCSW corporation. Both Andy (the attorney) and his support staff (especially Lois) were incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient with setting up my corporation and answering all of my questions along the way. The entire process was incredibly easy (yay!) and fast, and the firm took the headache out of the corporate formation process for me, which was worth every penny of what I paid to hire them. I would definitely use Andy Gale and his law firm again for future needs, and would highly recommend this firm to others!

Wow. Top notch ( I.e. A Mercedes Benz of lawyers). Explains things in details in layman terms. You could pay a little less with others, but why? Do it right the first time.
