Very Helpful and kind

My representative Laura was amazing. She checked on me regularly, always took my concerns under consideration & was always polite and professional. I was sad when I found out that I had a new point of contact, however very happy for her new position in her career.

I highly recommend Jacoby and Myers they made this process very easy always there to answer our questions the staff has always been very pleasant and courteous they made sure that we were okay and always check in on us.

She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and needs, and worked tirelessly to ensure that I received the best possible support and resources. Her knowledge and expertise in the field were evident, and she went above and beyond to advocate for me and ensure that my voice was heard. Laura was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance, and her genuine care and empathy made me feel supported throughout the entire process. Thanks to her hard work and commitment, I was able to navigate a complex situation with confidence and ultimately achieve a positive outcome. I am so grateful for Laura's help and support, and I cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for me.
