The Best there is !

Mr. Kevin Qualls is the best lawyer I have had. He is not only a professional lawyer who knows what he is doing the best for his clients but he also has a heart of a friend whom you can trust. I had another lawyer before, which I lost my daughter, but with Mr. Qualls, I have now full custody. He is the best. There is no better in my opinion. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney for family law court.

I had what was referred to as a "High conflict case", and I'm grateful to have had Mr. Qualls representing me. Custody is a tough, emotional, and very personal situation for all parties involved, and Mr. Qualls was sensitive, and also efficient and professional. I highly recommend Mr. Qualls for any family law matters.

Kevin is a straight shooter as said below. Although I didn't always like what I heard he did his very best to advise me on the various options I had for getting through a difficult divorce. I appreciated his frankness and his willingness to listen to my questions about the process... I will never go through a divorce again BUT if I needed representation I would call him first!

I hired this law firm and the two attorneys Patrick and Jon were amazing. My divorce compared to others I heard about was easy.

I came to see Kevin Qualls after my divorce was finalized for advice on how to enforce child and spousal support. Kevin was beyond helpful! He carefully listened to my situation, reviewed my documents and gave me sound direction as to what my next step would be. He even recommended that I not retain his services at this point! It is rare to come across an individual that gives more in value than they receive in compensation. It was clear from our conversation that Kevin is familiar with all aspects of divorce and he is fair and honest.

We used Kevin a few times for our family and always send him referrals. No complaints. He is honest and reasonable. No BS. Straight shooter.

I recently went through a divorce, I made the horrible mistake of hiring Kevin Qualls as my attorney. I could not have made a worse decision. Not only is Mr. Qualls incompetent, so is everyone in his office. He has what he calls an assistant, Mr. Flanagan. Peter Flanagan makes my ex attorney look like a rocket scientist. Mr. Qualls does not know the law or is just too lazy to be kept abreast of it. It is astonishing that the man is even allowed to continue to practice law or what he passes off as practicing. He was constantly confused and looked like a fool in court. Don't make the same mistake I did, leave this guy mumbling to himself and find an attorney who has the possibility of helping.

I hired Mr. McCall. He accomplished almost nothing in the two years he was my attorney. I just didn't want to have to start over with a new one. I found out he was $500 an hour and was charging me and 5 other clients all 1/2 day of "show up " time at the same time. Get it? he was making about 2500 an hour and was only in the court room for about 10 minutes while my ex requested a postponement. Mr. McCall didn't even question the many requests. He didn't fight for me, he barely argued. He is over priced and is sloppy at best.

I have only met Patrick once for my consultation. He was very rude and pretty much threw my papers back at me. I walked out of his office and could not believe what just happened.
