When I first contacted Andy, it was a Sunday night. He responded to me within minutes. He was kind and understanding! He helped me feel at ease about my situation. His staff was helpful, patient, and wonderful. They offered me a payment plan that fit into my fixed income.

PLEASE, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.
All they want is to get a signed contract so they can put a lien on your case. THEY WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU.
They abandoned my case part way through but left me with a lien, even though they have done NOTHING.
I actually heard one of Winters and Banks attorneys conspiring against me with the others parties representation. Workers comp is a corrupt system...they probably get kickbacks.
Good luck speaking to an attorney! When you do get one, it's a different person every time.
Unprofessional and utterly incompetent!
