I recently had to consult with Betinna regarding family matters and was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. It began with the courteous acknowledgement by the receptionist and continued with my meeting to discuss the legal ramifications of my current issues. At Yanez and Associates I felt they understood my present situation and are available to assist me with the challenges I presented. Mrs. Yanez is at the top of her class! She is fully knowledgeable of family law and more than adequate to take on any case. Prior to coming to Yanez and Associates, my divorce had dragged on for 2 years. I went through 3 different lawyers who gave me the run around and were never clear on the definitive law. I spent a lot of money with those lawyers and in the end it seemed as if I worked for them! Betina is hands down the best family attorney in Orange County! I have hired 2 other attorney's in Orange County in the past and Betina was the first attorney that was not a push over and was all about me and understanding my needs. Her paralegals have always been there for me when I have had questions or need answers. I was amazed with her knowledge her confidence in court that made me feel so much at ease and relaxed when I was in the court room in front of the judge. If I had to rate Betina 1-10 with her Law Firm, prepping my case for court and her performance in court I would have to give her a 10. Overall she is an amazing attorney with a seasoned and reliable staff.

I stumbled accross Bettina a couple of years ago because of the free consultation. I initially felt that I wanted mediation, however things started unraveling fast, luckily Bettina was there every step of the way helping to guide me and give me sound advice. When deployed to Afghanistan in the middle of my divorce I was confident I was in good hands due to Bettinas experience level and the fact that I felt she genuinely cared about me as opposed to just viewing me as a consumer.
