I had the pleasure of working with Ana and Angie at Wilner & O’Reilly, and I am beyond grateful for their assistance throughout the process. I did advance parole and adjustment of status with them, and they guided me through everything. It was easy to get in touch with them as they replied quickly to my emails. Mostly everything is done online, so you have to be a bit tech savvy to complete the forms. For the adjustment of status, I received my green card within two months and a half after sending the applications!! They made sure my documents were good quality and ready to send so that we didn’t have any hiccups with the evidence. I am very thankful for a smooth process, and I will be recommending Wilner & O’Reilly to others. Thank you for your continued help to our community!

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at Bishay Law Offices. Communication was non-existent after payment, and the lack of follow-up made me feel neglected and unimportant. It seems the office is more focused on collecting fees than providing the legal help promised, especially as my calls and concerns went unanswered. Furthermore, the person in charge, Amal, who isn't even a lawyer, seems to have complete control over the office operations, which does not inspire confidence. Their lack of legal expertise is evident and has negatively impacted my immigration case, leaving me in a precarious position with the court. which forced me to seek another lawyer to complete my immigration paperwork. The mismanagement of my case and financial exploitation by non-legal staff like Amal is unforgivable, especially as a newcomer to the USA. I regret choosing Bishay Law Offices for my legal needs and strongly suggest others to look elsewhere for legal assistance. A law office should offer reliable support and sound advice, neither of which I found here.

I would’ve giving a 0 star if it was available, very unprofessional, Amal has very poor communication skills, they do not answer phone calls when calling the office, they keep on insisting to get full payment before they submit the case, however once they receive payment , they stop answering, good luck trying to get your questions answered or get your money back, if it wasn’t a registered business I would’ve assumed it is a scam office.

We had an incredible experience, the team was very attentive, until the last moment they gave us all their attention, we were very well prepared for the residency interview and we were very successful! Thank you to the whole team! I appreciate it!

Every time someone asks me about the lawyer I used for my case I can’t help but rave about Adam. Since I was coming from out of town, Adam was able to attend my court dates for me until it was necessary I was present which was a great help. Every question I had he was always there to answer it eloquently and effectively. Not only did he achieve everything I asked for, he also was able to point me in the right direction after my case to ensure I knew my next steps to success! Highly recommended! 10/10

Let me start this review by saying Attorney Neeraj Singh did not do a good job while handling my court case...he did a GREAT job and as of a few days ago my misdemeanor possession case was dismissed and my record is as clean as can be! Just because you don't live in the Anaheim/Orange county areas doesn't mean you can't hire an attorney from that area! My misdemeanor occurred at Disneyland and I live in San Diego but that wasn't a problem as attorney Neeraj Singh handled my case with professionalism and a feeling of being comfortable with what he would do for me. After 5 months my case was dismissed and I never had to attend court in Orange county! Thank you Neeraj!
