After reading all the remarks, I am SO thankful that the judge in my child custody case chose Bettina Yanez as my children's court appointed attorney. When I first took my children to her office and she came out to call one of them in, she looked very mean and intimidating, so my first impression of her was not nice, but when my youngest child came out from her office, she was smiling and very happy. When my second child (a teenager) came out, she was also smiling (which is unusual) and Ms Yanez ALSO came out with a smile, my impression of her totally changed.
