JOS family Law took on my case which entailed custody and move away components and I honestly could not say enough great things about JOS Family Law! Mr. Jos is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but it is also extremely obvious how much he cares for his clients on a personal level as well. There is an expression that two heads are better than one, however, Mr. Jos' philosophy takes it further as eight heads are better than two. It was so impressive and reassuring how collaborative everyone at the office works together to meet on regular cadences and discuss their client's cases to brainstorm strategies in order to seek the best possible outcome for their clients. Mr. Jos has an amazing team of extremely talented and knowledgeable attorneys that have worked together on my case. James was the lead attorney on my case and also represented me in my hearing. James was able to get us everything we were asking for as he successfully proved that full custody remaining with me is in the best interest of the children and that the move away is in the best interest of the children as well. We were able to come up with a plan to ensure that the children's mother can visit regularly and still maintain a healthy relationship. James is a rock star attorney! I only needed help to file my petition paperwork for my divorce and was able to get help by one of Mr. Jos’ paralegals. I couldn’t afford to hire him on as an attorney so I just needed the initial paperwork to be done and I would represent myself in my divorce. Luckily it wasn’t complicated but with the help of Ms. Kassie I was able to file my paperwork.

If I could rate a zero I would. First he didn’t take my concern seriously and tried to side with the other party multiple times until I said you’re supposed to be my attorney. I wasted my time and money. They don’t answer the phones nor get back to you in a timely manner. He doesn’t send you proper court documents very unprofessional he only wants your money.

Fraud doesn’t answer phone nor gives a call back. He doesn’t send you proper court documents. Why he most likely lost them very unprofessional he only wants your Money. His actions prove this. Waste your money at your own expense.

After a five year+plus lasting divorce and exceeding debt to previous lawyers who, to my view, only took money from me and my family in times of need. A complex domestic/ child abuse criminal case from the the opposite party. Please note I did not have the financial means to afford proper representation at all times and yet he still refused to give me my divorce when submitted in 2018. Jos Family Law, did what other law-firms promise to do, but did not commit to in less than a year. Jos Family Law got me my divorce but the most important sole legal custody of my children. Please note Jos will not encourage unreasonable behavior on either side. He will do his due diligence to do what’s right for his client and the children involved. He was also understanding of my financial situation, and gracefully helped me in the time of need of representation and support.
