Suddenly having CPS enter your life is beyond stressful. It could have easily ruined the holidays. We reached out to ALL well after regular working hours and were surprised to receive a call back from Mo that evening. He walked us through the steps assured us there would be minimal interruption. Mo is a great juvenile dependency attorney. I hired Mo when I was contacted by CPS for an investigation. Mo was thorough, very knowledgeable about the law, and a great communicator. With Mo’s help I was able to be reunified with my kids.

Mo gave us outstanding representation and support with my daughter's CPS case. I reached out to a dozen attorney's and when he called me back and we met with him I knew he was the one. He didn't sugar coat it for my daughter and I, as were truly in the dark and overwhelmed by CPS, social workers, things that had to be done, and the stress of the entire thing. He had the knowledge and experience to deal with the complex case and multiple parties involved. He was easy to talk to and easy to communicate with. Even though my daughter did everything she was supposed to and was 100% compliant with her case, on that final court day he was the one that got my daughter back her 100% custody, if it wasn't for Mo we would not have got it.
