In one word! Amazing! But the impact this team had on my life is beyond words. I came to US about ten years ago for continuing my education. I'm an engineer and worked hard. I had many challenges and difficulties along the way including speaking and writing in English and get good grades while learning in a language other than my mother tongue. Race wasn't an issue for me however immigration policies gave my employer power to manipulate or use my situation to their advantage. I wasn't someone who could stand being manipulated or used because of my needs, so I moved around in my industry however unfortunately, they were pretty much the same. I owe my freedom as an honored resident of this country to Richard's team and my family. He and his team shine light on my talent and hard work. He helped me be acknowledged and recognized by USCIS and prove that this nation and I can benefit one another while staying true to my values. I never lied, manipulated, deceived anyone or any organization for staying in the US and today I'm a proud resident of this country forever.
