Vanessa has been amazing at keeping me updated with an ongoing case that I have due to a collision, they picked up my claim and were able to figure out all the details and help me every step of the way. I was in a collision and the other driver, who was at fault, falsified a police statement and tried to sue me but the Jacoby & Myers team was able to fix the whole situation and get the truth.

I had to fight for what medical care I got. The communication was poor said they would call and never did. Did not feel like they really cared about me just about the money which they took 40% , if I would have realized that they were that greedy I would not have used them. I could have done just as well on my own. I am still in lots of pain and will be probably for the rest of my life and nothing to show for it. They wanted me to leave a five star rating and I would get a $75 gift card. You can keep it. How about giving back 5-10 %. They beat up all the drs to reduce their costs but not them. I will never use them again. Guess I should have read the reviews before I called.
