I am a relatively new young professional working in finance who previously worked for an international financial services firm providing investment management services to ultra-high net worth individuals. I was terminated without cause and presented with a severance package. Raj reviewed their proposal and determined that I was owed substantial backpay due to mis-classification. This included overtime pay and premium pay due to missed breaks and working well past closing to stay on top of workload. I felt strongly educated and represented. He also wisely knew how to manage his admittedly new relationship with opposing counsel, avoiding unnecessary escalation and breakdown in negotiations. He knows how to manage risk and is very level-headed. He is backed by mentors and consultants that he does not hesitate to call upon as needed. Raj took my case and bought it to a successful resolution when my previous attorney dropped my case and other attorneys would not take it. He is an independent practitioner who successfully took on "big law" counsel. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Raj and would recommend him highly.
