The X and I were divorced in 2009 and child support guidelines were set forth in our divorce decree by the Judge. I have since then been hired by a new company and had a pay increase. The X and I had a verbal agreement to up the monthly child support and we would keep it out of court if I agreed. I did agree and kept my word. The X ended up leaving the state we both resided in and moved to CA. After living in CA for a few months, she went back on her word and filed papers to take me to court. Tiffany not only listened but also cared about what I had to say even with the false allegations the X had testified against me. Tiffany consulted with me about the different possible outcomes with my case and was strait up and forward with me about every bit of the case and explaining how it all would work.
