Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a Law office. Very disappointed as I chose this office based on the reviews. All false! They have little to no compassion. The intake from Hector was unprofessional, he lacks in communication skills, and did not request a release of medical information prior to us speaking with the attorney. The attorney had no information to be able to have an informed or educated discussion in regards to my husbands well-being. This office lacks empathy and caused more anguish & wasted nearly a month of our time because they could not accept ownership that their support staff failed. They do not LISTEN to the clients NEEDS and twist things in their own favor. Money hungry & unprofessional. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Especially someone who is already under so much stress. I have proof of the ill communications, and lack of professionalism. I hope the attorney sees this and cleans house on those who represent you. I asked the attorney why was there no medical release or information shared with you prior to our call? He said he was sorry to say he didn’t have an answer to that; it should have been done. If you demand professionalism or communication from this office be prepared for them to walk away from you; you are just another number to this office. Disrespectful and demeaning towards females. My husband had to demand them to respect and speak to me or listen. They listen to him but not me. Sexiest office practices at play.

Once again (2ndx) Mr Shurmer, Salvador and Joey were amazing! They worked diligently on our accident case. No need to look further. This family firm gets the case work done. God Bless them.
