I HIGHLY recommend Paul Tyler. He responded very quickly to my initial call and put me at ease immediately. He was able to get a felony case that could have devastated our family dropped. He is responsive, caring and an utmost professional. In my eyes, he is an attorney of integrity that is there for his clients 100%!

Horrible lawyer, ripped my family off. Wouldn't accept an offer of 6 digits and demanded that it be open ended even though he knew it wouldn't go past jury selection. Basically rushed my case to the end thinking he was gonna get a bunch of money and then left me high & dry. Claimed he would talk to my new public defender and never did. Also refused to give records of the money transactions to my family. Stay away from this guy. I'd give him zero stars if I could.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Schurmer & Drane. They have a great staff and I was kept informed of my case's progress. My case was due to a fall which resulted in a badly broken ankle. I had hoped to be able to deal with the property owner (and his insurance company) directly and that resulted in frustration and worry. I did not have health insurance and was very concerned about the cost of surgery and physical therapy - not to mention the time off work. The total settlement was higher than I had hoped and all of my medical bills were paid.

Ken Chyten recently handled a breach of contract law suit for me. Unlike most other firms, Ken does not have big overhead costs that you get billed for. He handles the cases from start to finish with no duplicate charges for a paralegal, admin assistant, associate attorney etc. In my case, I was able to work in collaboration with Ken. He listened to and reviewed my concerns, my arguments and evidence and then negotiated with the counter-party to achieve a favorable outcome after a long and protracted battle by the counter-party. I was very pleased with the outcome and am confident that a similar result would have cost me much more at most other large or small law firms. Ken knows his stuff and is diligent and hard working for his clients. I highly recommend him in the areas he practices.
