I was charged with Human Trafficking code 236.1 which carries a prison sentence of 12-15 years. I was referred and highly recommended to Mr. Goldstein as one of the best criminal defense attorneys. I met and set down with him and explained to him the charges that were pending against me. I decided to retain him on March 2015 to represent me. Mr. Goldstein arranged bail for me which allowed me to stay out of jail on bail during this horrible ordeal. He and his legal staff began to do their due diligence and extensive research on my behalf in clearing my name. He stated he would do everything on my behalf to get this case dismissed during preliminary trial and if it were to go to trial his job would be to fight to prove my innocence. During this agonizing process the DA ( District Attorney) and his team of FBI and DEA investigators had so call evidence piled against me. I was afraid and thought my life was over. I knew I had to have the best attorneys fighting for my innocence. Mr. Goldstein and his associates worked amazingly, brilliantly and strategized on my behalf. On September 3, 2015, a day that I will never forget. The Judge dismissed all charges against me and I walked out of the court room as a free man. I thank God for putting him in my life to help me out of this horrible situation I was in. I have written this to show my appreciation and gratitude on how very impressed I am with how brilliant the Goldstein Law Group conducted themselves while Performing their extraordinary duties in fighting for me. They were professional, tactful and knew the law. They handled my case exceptionally good, in spite of the DA and his team of people wanting to ruin my life and send me to prison for many years. Mr. Goldstien is a great attorney i got raided in a marijuana grow house with a 1000 plants. He got me probation instead of state prison time. I just recently got 4 felony probation violation regarding more cultivation charges the judge wanted to give me my state time. He was able to reinstate my probation and got me very little county time! I like how he aggressively fought for me in court. I highly recommend him as an attorney for any criminal matter, there is no better attorney than Mr. Goldstein.
