Who would have thought that I too would be one of those real people expressing my gratitude and personal thanks to his office. I was involved in a multi car accident, and was dealing with the other party's minimum insurance, for sure I thought there was no hope. Scott took on my case and handled it not only personally, but with such speed, I am still in awe. His assistant Julie must get my thanks as well, she was compassionate and always kept you in the loop, and never just took a message but guaranteed Mr. Corwin to return my calls and emails. As Julie promised he did. I will admit I was feeling hopeless against my own insurance company, but, Mr. Corwin assured me that all would be ok. How he does it is beyond me but Scott isn't just your 9 to 5 attorney, there were countless times I was contacted via email even throughout the late nights. Scott was an incredible attorney! I was at a stop light and was rear ended by an uninsured driver. I was taken away in an ambulance and my car was nearly totaled. Luckily I was covered by my insurance for uninsured drivers but unfortunately not covered enough. Thanks to Scott, he maximized my settlement and got me back on my feet. Not only did he manage to get all of my medical expenses paid back, all hours of work reimbursed, but he was able to get me out of the debt I was in due to missing so many pay checks with a bit of cushion left over. This was my first (and hopefully last) Moped accident. I almost settled for $300 the day after my accident because I felt no extreme pain. I figured being young and healthy I would just shake it off, until 2 days later when I woke up with a paralyzing pain down my right leg. I had never felt anything like it and was scared. She made me feel confident about how to handle my situation, so in a sense, I hired Julie and not Scott LOL. I met Scott a few days later though and he was awesome! He explained everything about my case clear and direct. I suffered in pain for about 3 months before treatments started to improve my condition. Beyond the legal counsel Scott guided me to a specialist and helped me get the care I needed. He worked every facet of my case with me and ended up reaching a settlement that went way beyond expectations. Scott is a consummate professional -- he handled our personal injury case in a timely manner, and my wife and I were highly satisfied with the results. It was our first time being in an auto accident like this (with a hit-and-run drunk driver, no less!), and we had no idea how to proceed. He walked us through the steps we needed to take, and took care of the rest. He's a master of to-the-point, timely communication, and a strong advocate with insurance companies. We were extremely surprised that he reached a settlement for us within four months from the date of our accident. I have friends who have seen these things drag out for upwards of 3 years!
