He is truly the best at what he does. My family and I have been unfortunate to have been involved in auto accidents and he has been with us every step of the way. Scott is the perfect attorney for the busy person who does not want to spend a lot of time with chit-chat. He is business like and efficient. He seems to work around the clock. He got a settlement which was what I expected it to be.

A month ago I was involved in a car crashed and broke my right wrist, the process with this attorney was pretty fast. Scott was able to help me and also Julie was always super nice and very professional, I'm very glad everything was easy and fast.

I've biked the same way for 20+ years and made left turns next to cars all the time. And then one day I was rear-ended while I was preparing to make that same left turn. It's scary that I have no recollection of what happened, one minute I was looking at the green left turn light, the next, I was sideways with my helmet skidding across the asphalt. California CVC 21208 basically states that on a roadway with a bike lane, bicyclists traveling slower than traffic must use the bike lane EXCEPT when making a left turn... After I was conscious enough to put thoughts together and was back at work, I found Scott on a Thursday. I met with him the next day on that Friday to go over what happened. The next following Friday, the case settled with the insurance company and my check was on its way. 1 week - Scott definitely works fast and efficient. He respected my schedule and was not pushy at all, very nice, and always replied promptly to my emails. His office staff are really nice and, them knowing I was in a personal injury, treated me with care and were completely empathetic to my health situation. On the legal end, Scott knew everything from A to Z to get me the best settlement. He knew exactly what he was doing and how to go about it. Of course you would have to do the leg work on securing the documents that he requires to build your case for the insurance company, but that's nothing really - the work and experience he has is great and worth it on your end. 10/10 would recommend Scott to friends
