Divorce is never easy. I am sure that it is always for the most part stressful and difficult. When you hire an attorney one would expect at the bare least honesty and the best representation that one could afford. Penley is absolutely the worse. Her front office never knows what is really going on and calls you at times for the same thing over and over not sure of anything. Penley is not trustworthy, is a coward, in in almost a year of representation spoke with me maybe twice never letting me know what was going on and never any advice. Possibly her actions in my case could be construed as illegal but that will be for a judge to decide. Beware and find a good attorney.
