I write this with so much gratitude to David Fleck and his great team of attorneys. David was recommended to me by one of my friends as I was served with papers 5 months ago. I have never been in the position of being sued before and I do not wish this on anyone. It is emotional and worry-some. My advice to anyone who needs an experienced attorney who is not only detail orientated but also gives you one on one attention is call David. Not only is David extremely attentive to your needs, he is also highly qualified with a very impressive resume. David made sure all my questions were answered, listened to my concerns, and even went out of his way on his own time to make sure I was in good health while I was in custody. Bottom line is there is no one else you should think about calling for all your legal issues.

Was recommended to contact Mr. Fleck in regards to a Federal Lawsuit. After speaking to Mr. Fleck, we agreed he would represent and be my legal counsel in this very serious legal matter. Not only did Mr. Fleck represent myself, Mr. Fleck was able to get all charges dismissed against myself, and my company.
