Be The day I was assigned Jessica DeSalva as my defense attorney was the best day of my life. Jessica is clever smart experienced and maintains a professional demeanor while easily finding the humor in everyday life. I always had the belief that if you did not do anything wrong, the DA would hear my side/version of events the DA would do the right thing and dismiss the charges! I never realized how the DA would bend & distort the truth in order to convict me of something that was untrue. We went to trial and got acquittal and court dismissed lesser charge. Not only did Jessica keep me from going to jail but her representation enabled me to get my nurses license reinstated. I hired Jessica back in September of 2022. I was in court on day and my previous lawyer couldn’t make it so I stayed in the courtroom to let the judge know about my lawyer. While I was sitting there Jessica was working on a case and she was fenomenal, I noticed she was very talented and skilled. She was very professional and smart, I knew I had to wait after and hire because it was very important that I had the best person on my case to defend me and that person was Jessica.
