About a year and half ago, my legal battle began. I was facing a 9 year minimum jail sentence. I interviewed many criminal lawyers over the phone and in-person to decide who it was that I wanted to handle my felony charges for me in Palm Springs. When I told David Chesley about my case, he was very understanding and assured me it wasn’t the end of the world, and the worst was over, which was true. After I hired attorney David S. Chesley to get to the truth, he was a great help and was able to get me out of it. This was my first time using his law firm and hopefully my last but if I do have criminal law problems again I know exactly who to call. I thought this process would be straight forward. I knew what happened, who was at fault, and the injury I had incurred. But the insurance company’s lawyers questioned every aspect of the case and tried to put an opportunists spin on it. In their eyes every victim is trying to win the “Personal Injury Lottery.” Facts and medical results were suspect, and they did their best to make me question my very own personal value.
