If you have any kind of personal injury claim in California, individually or as part of a class, you need to hire Chris and Kevin Moon. It's that simple. As a business and employment litigation attorney for both plaintiffs and defendants with more than 70 jury trials under my belt, I know the difference between "litigators" and real trial attorneys. The former are all too common in our profession, adept only at pushing paper, filing motions, and acting like keyboard warriors. Last year, I found myself at the lowest point in my life. I was suddenly facing a serious criminal charge and feeling terrified and totally hopeless. I called as many defense attorneys as I could find and heard their appraisals of my situation and the strategies they suggested. I had no experience with lawyers, I didn't know when to read confidence as bluster or whether they were reading off of scripts with my name inserted. All I knew was that I had to choose fast. One of the attorneys I contacted was Raymund Robles, which in retrospect might have been the smartest thing I did. During the consultation, Ray was very compassionate about my situation and helped me calm down and think rationally. He took the facts of the case, the many unknowns that were present, and his extensive experience with the law in calculating the strategy with the best outcome. I have been involved in a breach of contract case of a consignment for selling of my car for almost a year until I started a conversation with Ray. The imprint left behind by a few misguided decisions in the past can be quite devastating from all standpoints of life; career advancement, social interactions, etc. My case was rather complicated, as it involved more than one county; and the charges were ones that presumably no individual would ever want to have on their record. First and foremost, I would like to say thank you to Ray.I worked with Ray for PC 484/485 petty theft case in Santa Clara County. This is my second misdemeanor and I am extremely shameful and naturally petrified. I just googled and found Ray. Ray Robles responded to my initial call quick to ask a few general questions and made the decision to meet due to my situation. It was a bit complicated due to an alleged refusal to submit which caused quite a bit of back and forth with the Courts and DMV. I believe his influence and demeanor assisted in reducing the sentence for which I was facing. He has further assisted in the follow-up with documentation for mu out of county SWAP program. I do recommend Ray Robles to those who are seeking legal counsel.
