I experienced him to be firm but always polite, and a zealous advocate for his client. I would recommend him without reservation for his extensive legal knowledge in the field of estate planning, and the positive outcomes that he creates. I appreciate the time and attention he takes to fully explain and answer all questions to his clients. Lastly, he is a congenial man, and very pleasant (never pushy with clients, or rude). He takes all the time that clients need for consultation and questions/answers, and treats clients very respectfully. I have been very pleased with his work. His prices are lower than the average Palo Alto lawyer, too!
