Jeff recently helped us set up an LLC and investigate other legal matters involved in protecting our small business from liability. He is an absolute pleasure to work with, is honest and upfront about time and cost and clearly explains legal mumbo jumbo in ways that we are able to easily understand. He is very knowledgeable about business law and if there are specific issues that fall outside of his expertise he has a large network to consult. I have a boutique Interior and Event Design Business.
