I had hired Taylor as my attorney for the first trademark application that I filed. Luckily, I received a comprehensive guide that helped me through the process of completing it on my own. However, when my application received its first office action, I needed an expert like Taylor to step in and take charge. Taylor guided me in filing additional classes for my trademark to ensure long-term protection and facilitated all necessary communications for obtaining approval for my trademark. From my very first communication with Taylor during my trademark consultation call, I knew I wouldn’t have to be concerned with the process and its requirements. Taylor and her expertise in this area gave me comfort knowing that she would see through every step of the trademark process, and she did. I was informed of every piece of communication that came directly from the USPTO that required some sort of response from me. If you are thinking about doing the trademark service yourself, I highly suggest that instead you work with Taylor. She made the process painless and explained every step. There are far too many ways to make a mistake and waste money when doing this alone. From consolation to the point of receiving my trademark, Taylor was extremely patient and clear.
She answered all of my millions of questions and broke things down in a clear way.
She always followed up when I went MIA and didn’t answer her emails bc I dove into my chaotic life, not to mention the last minute address and logo changes.
