We were in an accident on July 3rd of 2015 and didn’t know who to turn to or what to do. I found Manibog Law on the internet and sent an email inquiring if we had a case. It was late and a holiday weekend to boot, but that didn’t stop Darren from responding within minutes. He explained our options and within a couple of days we met with his team and started the process. I’m happy to say that our case is finally closed. We knew it would take some time but through out the entire process our health and well being was always their main concern. We made the right choice to work with Manibog Law and you should too! Maybe like you it was our first (and hopefully only) major car accident and it was a very stressful time but Darren guided us from day 1 and gave us peace of mind that we will be taken care of. We were hurt and had tons of phone calls and paperwork to take care of and of course were worried about all the costs, both property and medical, that could result from our accident. However after our meeting with Manibog law Darren made it crystal clear to us what to expect and where we stood in the big and complex process involving insurance companies, assessors, hospitals and countless more agencies. Throughout the process Manibog Law was competent and attentive to our questions and concerns and were very polite and calming to talk to as certain situations came up; even though we may have sounded stressed when we called them. I was rear-ended by a semi truck on the 405 freeway about a year ago. I banged me head on the window and suffered a concussion as well as lots of neck and back pain. I always thought "whiplash" and "soft tissue injuries" weren't real - until it happened to me. I didn't want to hire a lawyer because I didn't want to seem "sue happy", but when the insurance for the truck started grilling me and made it sound like I wasn't really hurt, as though I was making it all up for money, I hired Manibog Law on the advice of a colleague at work. I met with attorney Manibog and was immediately impressed. He was so kind and sympathetic and he spent a lot of time with me. He was very knowledgeable and intelligent. He accepted my case and immediately got after the insurance company for the truck. He really put them on the defensive for not maintaining driver logs, schedules and other things they were supposed to do. He also took the deposition of the truck driver after filing a lawsuit. He made the case about their driver's inattention and negligence. That did the trick! The insurance company first made a low settlement offer, but Attorney Manibog kept the pressure on, and in the end, they agreed to an excellent settlement, more than I was expecting. Also, Attorney Manibog helped with my medical care as I was not getting adequate treatment at Kaiser (they just seemed to want to drug me instead of authorizing therapy to actually help me heal!). In all, I really appreciated that Attorney Manibog and his staff were always so responsive to my frequent calls and emails. I know I was a pest but they took it all in stride! Their work was superb and beyond what I hoped for. I will refer friends and family to them in the future. Excellent lawyers/law firm!
