Mr. Randy Medina was very professional and really knowable in regards to child custody and moving orders. He was very detailed in explaining what could happen if the decision was to go one way or the other. He made sure we understood what we were getting ourselves into. One of the biggest attributes we loved from Randy was his research of the many previous cases that has happened and utilizing those examples to your specific case. During our court hearing for our final decision, we loved that he walked us through our stressful experience and really explained why this process would be best for our case. We actually learned a lot from him during our moving order. We would like to thank Mr. Randy Medina and his team for working with us and fighting for our family to relocate. After reading the negative reviews of Mr. Medina, I felt compelled to write a review myself. Mr. Medina is a top notch attorney. I found that he was very attentive and listened as I related details of my mistake of a marriage. I initially tried to go pro per, but as I did not know what I was doing and my ex had a pretty savvy attorney, I was fighting a losing battle. I decided that I would have to hire an attorney myself. After doing some extensive research and had a couple of consultations, I decided my best bet was to hire Mr. Medina. Needless to say I’m a very happy camper. Not only did Mr. Medina help me keep my house, I was also able to keep my 401k and other sentimental valuables. I recommend Mr. Medina 100%. You absolutely will not regret it.

I hired Mr. Medina at the advice of my sister’s coworker, who praised Mr. Medina for his work. Mr. Medina represented me for 18 months. He took time to learn about my situation, then fought hard for me in court. As a previous police officer, I could tell he stands for justice and goes out of his way to help people. Mr Medina in our initial consultation told me what I needed to hear, not what I thought I wanted to hear. He is very experienced and basically pushed my case forward because the other party seemed to want to drag things out. Lets face facts..... This was a divorce. no one is ever 100% satisfied. I did however receive what I now know is a more than fair settlement. Both in terms of custody and support. I came out better than many fathers. Had I represented myself I do not believe this would have been the case. My case took a little over 2 years to complete, but from the time I spent in court I figure my case took about 1/2 the average. My lawyer was fair in billing and explained the process at the beginning and throughout the case. I do not ever wish to need his services again, but I would not hesitate to recommend him or call him myself should the need arise. Mr Medina is a fair and competent family lawyer. In my opinion he is in the top 5% of his field.

Randy Medina was recommended to me by a co-worker, and he exceeded my expectations. He is excellent, proficient, no-nonsense, and has extensive knowledge of family law and the court system. I was very pleased with Mr. Medina's services. I could email him directly with questions regarding my case and he replied with promptness by either email or calling me directly depending on the urgency. His staff was very pleasant and helpful. I felt like he stood his ground when trying to reach a mutual agreement with opposing party. My children were in his best interest and I would recommend him to anyone going thru child custody.

When I first googled local family law attorneys, the first name that showed was Mr. Medina, I had read the reviews and all of the feedback that was given about him, so I decided to hire him for my case, and my experience with him was as good if not better than what I expected . He actually drove to the Ventura county court early in the morning for my case, Mr .Medina was very knowledgable, very compassionate and very honest. There is a reason he is considered the best.

He advocated for me and my children before the judge to achieve a resolution that really benefited my children. He was very professional and well respected by the judge. The judge even told me in court that I had a very good lawyer working for me. If I had to do it all over again, I would hire Mr. Medina again.
