He will win your case, but you'll never see all the money you're owed. It has been over 3 years, the criminal has yet to pay his restitution and nothing is being done to remedy this.

If you are in need of a personal injury attorney, I have found an excellent attorney in Pasadena, Frank McNally. He had handled a case for my friend some time ago, so I called him. I was involved in an accident and really didn't know what to do. Frank and his staff right from the beginning were always available to me and patient with me when I called with questions or concerns. I was so happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
