I first reached out to Jacob after I was hit by a car that ran a stop sign while I was in the crosswalk. I guess the fact that there was a well marked crosswalk and a stop sign didn't matter. I picked Jacob because of his excellent reviews and his pleasant but knowledgeable demeanor on the phone. He put me at ease about my case as I underwent 2 knee surgeries as a result of the accident. I feel Jacob handled my personal injuries case admirably. He was always available by phone if I ever needed any updates or reassurance about my case. I had prepared myself for 3 potential possible resolutions. 1) that I would get a less that satisfactory settlement. 2) that I would get a satisfactory one, and 3) that the resolution would exceed my expectation. Well, Jacob got me a resolution that exceeded my expectation. I cannot be happier that I had Jacob as my attorney, he is a great lawyer. I hope to never need his services again, but I highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent legal representation. A plus was that his office is located nearby in Pasadena. Thanks Jacob.

I went in to do some service her and on the first floor there was a Hispanic chubby security guard who aggressively approached me while I was waiting for the elevator. The guard was being extremely aggressive. I was so scared . I just went in to do business and I’m already getting harassed.
