Kevin Callahan is an excellent attorney and I would recommend him to anyone who has suffered from any kind of personal injury. He is knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. He represented me, and my interests, well. From the beginning of the lawsuit until the settlement, he answered all of my questions and responded quickly to any inquiries that I had. The whole process was generally stress-free and this was because I trusted him to look after my best interests, and he did. On the eve of trial, the judge ordered the parties to try settling the case. I became concerned about the outcome and was ready to settle, but Kevin allayed my worries and we eventually settled the case in an amount I may not have received if not for his guidance and expertise. Mr. Powell was my attorney at the firm and I had an amazing experience. He made everything easy to understand and straightforward. It's attorneys like Dan Powell that should be cloned in an effort to change the negative perceptions of attorneys. His assistant, Cathy, was always there to answer my questions and help guide me through a difficult and emotional time. I highly recommend this firm.

After a motorcycle accident, the driver's insurance company offered a ridiculous injury settlement. I had a few doctor visits over hand pain, and their x-rays showed nothing broken. I figured it would just take a long time to heal and didn't want to run up a large bill to the insurer. But I still had a lot of pain and loss of strength. And what they offered was insulting. I contacted Mr. O'Connor who instructed me to go back to my doctor and tell him I was still in pain. The doctor finally referred me to a hand specialist who determined, in about a minute, that I had torn the ligament off my thumb. They would need to remove a ligament from my wrist and nail it to my thumb and allow it to scar in. I worked throughout (with one hand) and there was no loss of earnings. After their next offer, and next, I followed Mr. O'Connor's advice (he made it clear that it was my decision, but gave his advice) and rejected the offers. As we neared the court date he called them and got the full policy amount! All of it! I received about twice as much as I would have had I taken their earlier offer. Mr. O'Connor was always available for questions, and returned calls quickly when he was unable to pick up the phone (which he often did!). Then, when it was all over he negotiated with my medical insurance company and settled their payment for less than half of the bill! I HIGHLY recommend this law firm and Mr. O'Connor!
