I recently had a consultation with Attorney Counts and it went very well. I explained what issue I was having and he helped me determine the next steps I need to make regarding my case. He was throughout and seemed to care about helping me during this rough time. I definitely plan to retain him and would recommend him to anyone having legal issues.

Great individuals to work with. They worked with me even though I’m deployed overseas. Whatever you maybe pursuing, trust the process. From the beginning they were confident of a positive outcome to my case, and they pulled through. This law firm is busy, do not expect communication as often as you would like. I was severely injured in 2019. The attorney that I initially hired felt it would be in my best interest to bring Scolinos, Sheldon & Nevell in to take the lead. I hired them, and I am glad that I did. I felt Dan and Todd always had my best interests in the forefront and they worked extremely hard preparing the case. I had no experience with personal injury lawsuits, but they walked me through the entire process and I couldn’t be happier with their level of client service and professional expertise. Communication was tremendous. All of my calls and emails were promptly returned. I had no difficulty reaching Dan or Todd, and the staff was courteous and also accessible.

Both my kids were in an accident in 2017 tell me y they blame covid for them just now trying to settle. Horrible service HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. My teenagers then are now young adults. Now it's a time issue demanding responses bcuz they call n for 2grown adults to rearrange their work schedules for a depo at a drop of a dime. Here i thought bcuz they were a referral we were in good hands. Regret hiring them 100000000%

As a father who lives in a different state I just knew everything was against me. A move away was not looking good and all I wanted was to see and speak with my child. My daughter and I requested she live with me and Emahn executed the move away. Mr. Counts and his team are very responsive, professional and friendly. The problem with most lawyers is that you often times you wonder are they adding extra charges. After going through many lawyers, Emahn was the most real, straight up, professional lawyer I have dealt with. Never once did I wonder if he was trying to get extra charges out of me. ON TOP of that he is a great lawyer, he won both my case and the appeal against the original case. I am definitely a fan!

I was referred to this law firm by a close friend. I regret to say I did not do research on my end due to the relationship of friend who referred me. This firm charged for items that were never solidified and never received until I asked what I was being charged for. Not honest, and does not have the clients best interest even with retainer in hand.
