I have to say, it was a very dark time for me. I had looked at a ton of different tax attorney firms on the websites. but a friend highly recommended Amy with Sulahian Law, I was still skeptical at first and wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. Plus I was hoping for someone in my area, I chose Sulahian Law because it was almost in walking distance from my Pasadena office. I felt like I could verify them if I needed and even offered to meet them. When I called, I was surprised to get the principal lawyer right away. She was extremely friendly and explained my options. No pressure - which almost made me suspicious! So, over the course of a few days, I asked many questions and she was always prompt at getting back to me. So, communication was always really good. Always. The communication and explanations of things, and describing what to expect (having real expectations) were always valuable My attorney, during this process was available to me. She provided clear, concise direction which required action on my behalf as well. In other words, if you want your case to move quickly, provide exactly what the firm asks from you expeditiously. It really helped move our case along quickly. Even though it took time in my case, like most tax cases does ,we eventually cut my overall liability in half and established an installment plan that quite literally saved my hide. I'm personally grateful for finding Amy with Sulahian Law for helping me through tough financial time in my life. I highly recommend Sulahian Law to my family or friends. The difficulties of selling a business are confusing at times a lot of paper work and tax issues come with the territory. Knowing I wasn’t up to par with all these laws and paper work I hired Ms.Sulahian to deal with all the agreements and paper work and I most say it’s the best decision I’ve made all year. I hired Amy to represent me on an IRS problem I had dealing with for a while. I finally wanted professional help. Amy put me at ease right away and was confident that she could resolve my case with the IRS. I was not a believer at first, because had tried to get help from an organization that claimed that could make this problem go away. Of course that did not happen. Lets just say I am a believer now. Amy immediately took the reins and stepped in for me. She made the process as painless as it could be. I had to just provide her with some needed personal information and she was able to handle everything for me with the IRS. To my unbelief, Amy was able to negotiate an offer in compromise for me. This gave me a clean slate from having a tax liability over $40K to paying just over $2K. She was amazing through out the whole process. I will definitely use Amy's services in the future for any personal or business deals that I need an attorney.
