When I was in the market for an attorney to handle a highly complex case that had the potential to jeopardize my career as a firefighter, I reached out to several attorneys. Most of them gave off a corporate and impersonal vibe, making me feel like I was just another number. However, I was fortunate enough to come across Anne, who quickly made me feel at ease and confident that I could successfully navigate my case and protect my career. Anne never sugarcoated anything and was completely transparent about the potential outcomes, given the complexity of the situation. Nevertheless, she fought tirelessly and relentlessly to secure a much lesser offense than what the prosecutors initially offered. I made a bad choice and got myself in trouble. I was arrested for DUI and didn’t know where to go for help.
I reached out to Ann and she was so compassionate. She walked me through unfamiliar DMV steps that allowed me to be able to keep my license with restrictions.

Finding Ann was truly a blessing! I was in dire need of assistance for a DUI case and didn't know where to begin. I was afraid, nervous, and very ashamed of my mistake as I had never been in a situation like this before. I spoke to multiple lawyers before finding her and none of them felt quite right. A few of them were very impatient, rude, and dehumanizing. I'm so thankful I didn't stop searching until I found Ann. She is compassionate, reliable, thorough, honest, and is always available to answer any questions. She always ensures you have a full understanding of the process and makes you feel safe and heard. Ms. Gottesman is a great attorney, professional and personable. Here I would like to share all my experience having her as my attorney, which hopefully is helpful for others to find a right attorney.
I got a false accusation against me and did suffer a horrible experience on this case because I got two attorneys who suck my money but didn’t do anything. After these two bad attorneys, I started “a journey” to find a real good attorney. I talked to dozens of attorneys. I was very carefully to choose attorneys because of the bad experience. Ms. Gottesman was the last attorney I contacted. In the first call with Ms. Gottesman, she did analyze the situation and gave a strategy after she listen carefully of my case. She also gave the price quote, which was a flat fee and quite reasonable price.
Her kind and personable voice gave me a first impression that she was different with other attorneys I was talking to because it was a feeling that she is a person with sympathy. In the first place, she knew I was worrying and anxious when she heard the story. She also helped to appease my mind with her expertise.
The second step, I carefully checked all the reviews of Ms. Gottesman on google, yelp and avvo. To my surprise that she had ALL five-star positive reviews on ALL the platforms. She’s got ALL five-star positive reviews in a career of 15 years. This is not easy to achieve.
The third step, I must meet Ms. Gottesman in person before I decide to retain her. I met her in her office.
She explained clearly to me not only the whole process but also how the system works. More importantly, Ms. Gottesman is very patient in answering my concerns. She also promised that my case can be solved quite soon based on the case facts. She’s very good at analyzing the case and finding my chances, which gives me confidence that she is the one who can help me to make the case dismissed quickly.
During the case, she even offered more surprise. She kept me updated regularly. More importantly, she was proactive in talking to the city attorney. After getting the evidence from the court, she immediately found a time to talk to the city attorney. She pointed out the obvious evidence showing that I was false accused, which made the city attorney agreed to dismiss the case. After she talked to the city attorney, she called me immediately to tell me that the City Attorney dismissed the case. She said the official dismissal will appear in system until next court date, however, she wanted to let me know in the first place because she wanted me to stop worrying and have a good day. Then she also sent me the email regarding City Attorney case dismissal. It only used 3 days to make the case dismissed! She did the job fast and efficiently. Thanks Ms. Gottesman!
I wish I met Ms. Gottesman from the beginning of my case. My former two attorneys spent a long time without making any progress. But Ms. Gottesman used 3 days to dismiss the case. You can’t imagine how big the difference is between attorneys! For me, who are new to such legal issues, the system is intimidating and tricky. Her professionalism and patience really gave me peace of mind. A good attorney can remedy your life.
Lawyer is an occupation that’s the same as doctors, who can affect the life of a person. I believe there’re two important traits of a lawyer, one is professionalism, the other is caring so that she/he does not just look a case as money-making but changing a person’s life. I am eternally grateful that I found Ann Gottesman! From the very beginning of my case, Ann really took control and straightened out what an awful mess I had with a previously inadequate law firm. Despite the pandemic causing the case to be dragged on longer than expected, Ann stayed vigilant and always reassured me that she would take care of everything. The constant, thorough communication really helped keep me as less stressed as possible. Ann won my case without having to go to trial!! After all that time and worry, she gave me the best news I could have possibly heard and I didn't even have to step a foot in court. My wife and I are in our mid-forties and decided it was time to create a living will and trust. We researched a few options and attended two seminars to understand the scope of what we needed to know. Unfortunately, the attorneys running the seminars seemed to be more focused on volume rather than the quality of their service. So when a close friend referred us to Adam a few days later, I wasn’t tripping over myself to speak to another attorney, but I’m so glad I did. From the first phone call, I knew Adam would be able to help us. He was a great listener and very patient. We truly felt that Adam was completely focused on our needs and helped us craft a will and trust that was exactly what we wanted. I seriously goofed up a property transfer which resulted in the reassessment of the property taxes of my home. I literally went from paying $1500 a year to nearly $5000! Despite me missing several deadlines, Mr. Aparicio was able to secure a roll back of my tax value on my property when I thought all hope was lost. He was very generous with his time and didn't nickel and dime me for every call. He has a certain way about him, its very calming, and its nice to have someone do what they say they're going to do.

I'm not one for writing reviews, but my experience with Adam Aparicio Law Offices prompted me to spread the word. Finding a good lawyer is a daunting task, scarier than finding a good mechanic, or dealership, or dentist, or sushi restaurant. Your life is literally in this persons hands. I can't believe the Law Gods smiled on me when they dropped Mr. Aparicio into my lap. I was talking to a good friend about my problem with an insurance company. I had signed some documents without really understanding all of the fine print. I made a grave mistake and trusted the insurance agent when she explained what everything in the documents meant. Little did I know, that she had failed to mention some pretty important clauses that were to my great disadvantage. I spent sleepless nights once I realized my mistake. The mistake had cost me in the thousands of dollars, and in this economic climate, it was heartbreaking. My friend mentioned he knew of a good lawyer and this is where Mr. Aparicio came in. I was reluctant to call his offices at first, I was feeling apprehensive in trusting anyone, since I had been let down by my own insurance company just previously. I had that same fear people have when trying to choose a good doctor. You want the best. But my mind was put at ease once I walked in. His staff was courteous, his office intimate, and his handshake firm. I felt comfortable with him right away. I was highly impressed by his initiative. He read my documents thoroughly, he answered my questions, he brought his staff together and they started on a plan of attack. Things were getting done right away and I felt at ease about it. I felt confident about having good people behind me. Adam and his staff were there for me every step of the away. They were always a phone call away. Even after they were able to get the contract retracted and annulled. They still called to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with the results. Was I happy? My lord! There is a reason HLF specializes in Employment Law. While avoiding specifics I will say this Team of legal professionals set the standard very high. From the moment I used their website to submit my inquiry to present day I never felt anything but educated, cared about, and professionally guided through the scary waters of my specific case. I was referred to Eugene Kim by another lawyer. I must have contacted 8 or more lawyers (email or phone), and was wrapping up when i emailed and then spoke to Eugene. He really makes sure he understands your case, and tells you whether you have one or not. He is knowledgeable and experienced with business law, where some others are not. Eugene qualified my claim without wasting time and money. His courtroom experience is very valuable. He is a very good lawyer and businessman. None of the other lawyers came close to his skill-set.
