Cynthia Gitt is a brilliant employment attorney and I highly recommend her to any company for employment law support. I have had the distinct pleasure of having her on retainer at two different apparel companies since 2002. While I was the Vice President of Human Resources at Apparel Ventures and she was still at Epstein, Becker and Green, we retained her to help us with an employment issue that she was able to guide us to a successful resolution. We continued to work with her to help us develop employment policies and employment handbook. I changed jobs to work as VP HR for a start-up denim company and Cynthia started Brown & Gitt Law. I brought her on retainer very early and Cynthia and her team helped us put all HR policies and procedure in place. When we had an employee file a wrongful termination lawsuit, her extraordinary knowledge and skills help us to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. She was quick to respond to my calls and always had the information I needed and if not, she researched the topic and got back to me in short order. She is steady and calm with a razor-sharp wit. She is strategic in her methodology and her knowledge of the law and the court systems is second to none. She was also well respected and liked by both management and the employees at both companies.
